Returns

• There are no returns for items from group break purchases.
• Returns are accepted for hobby box and supplies purchases if the items have not been opened and are still factory sealed. Customer is responsible for cost of return shipping on these items.
• If you receive another person’s cards in error we will cover all shipping costs to have those cards returned. We will also credit your account with $10 in Firehand Points for doing a good deed.
